All sticks have a 30 day warranty. Our extended warranty program is available for an additional cost.
Returns are accepted on all unaltered (taped, cut, nicked, etc.) products within 30 days of delivery
Inventory orders are sent in 1-2 days then shipped through UPS in 1-3 business days.
Custom orders take much longer and usually deliver in 10-15 weeks
Our simplified direct-to-consumer model allows us to bypass the retail markup and other unnecessary costs then we pass the savings along to you
We manufacture at the same facilities as many of the other traditional big brands.
Most factories are located in Asia, but we have locations across the globe.
Our sticks are produced the same way and with the same materials as the big brands so, you can expect the same durability. Generally, the lighter, more responsive sticks are more fragile.
