Returns are accepted on all unaltered products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping. Sticks that have been cut, Chipped, Taped, or otherwise visibly played will not be accepted nor accepted nor refunded. All returns should be sent back in the original packaging.
We manufacture at the same facilities as many of the other traditional big brands.
